At Fonden for Entreprenørskab Kalaallit Nunaat (FFEKN), we strengthen entrepreneurship and financial literacy across Greenland through hands-on programs, collaboration, and education.
Training for Teachers
- FFEKN trains teachers across Greenland to deliver Financial Literacy Curriculum that connects classroom learning with real-life skills. Our training equips educators with the tools, methods, and confidence to inspire students to think creatively about money, innovation, and community impact.
Arsarnerit Inuusuttai – Student Innovation Events
- Each year, students from across Greenland gather for the Arsarnerit Inuusuttai events — where ideas come alive. Working in teams, students develop innovative projects and present prototypes that address real challenges in society. They explain how their ideas can benefit their communities, while showing a deep understanding of financial literacy within a cultural context.
- Winners from FFEKN’s events earn the exciting opportunity to represent Greenland at Fonden for Entreprenørskab’s national event in Denmark, connecting with young innovators from around the world.
Greenlandic Learning Resources
- We create culturally relevant resources in Greenlandic for teachers, students, and the public. These materials help make entrepreneurship and financial literacy more accessible and meaningful by reflecting Greenland’s unique perspectives and values.
